I Build AI Systems That Replace Agency Work

28 years of engineering. Mid-seven-figure e-commerce brands. Now I build custom AI tools and automation that save businesses $75K+ per year — deployed and running in weeks, not months.

// What I Build

Every project follows one rule: you get a working system, not a strategy deck. I code it, deploy it, and train you to use it.

Custom AI Tools

Prompt generators, content systems, analytics dashboards — built for your specific business. Not off-the-shelf SaaS. Custom tools you own and control.

Built Content Creator PRO for a client in 6 weeks. Running in production daily.

E-Commerce AI Systems

Product content at scale, inventory automation, multi-channel optimization. Tested on my own brands first — two businesses, mid-seven figures, running on AI tools I built myself.

5-10x content volume. 90% faster production. Same or better quality.

Marketing Automation

Email sequences, social content workflows, ad optimization, customer journey orchestration. Replace repetitive manual work with systems that run while you sleep.

Replaced $75K-$125K in agency and freelancer costs with $2K in tools.

AI Readiness Assessment

Not sure where to start with AI? I audit your operations, identify the highest-ROI automation opportunities, and build a practical implementation roadmap. Then I build it.

Chocolat on James: $537K business mapped to $1M+ trajectory in 6 weeks.

// How I Work

Four steps. No fluff. Working systems at the end.

discover()

Understand Your Business

I dig into your operations, find the manual work eating your time and budget, and identify exactly where AI and automation will generate the highest return.

build()

Code Custom Solutions

I write the code, connect the APIs, build the workflows. Custom tools tailored to how your business actually operates. Not templates. Working software.

deploy()

Ship and Go Live

Deploy to production. Test with real data. Train your team to use everything independently. You own the tools. No ongoing dependency.

iterate()

Optimize From Real Data

Measure what's happening. Adjust based on results. Add capabilities as needs evolve. If it's manual more than three times, we automate it.

// About Greg

GK
Greg Kowalczyk

Oakville, Ontario

I'm an engineer who builds things. For 14 years at SMS-Siemag (Siemens subsidiary), I led engineering teams on global-scale industrial projects — Chief Engineer, then Manager of Engineering for a 70-person department.

In 2011, I went independent. In 2014, I started building e-commerce brands with my daughter. Two brands. Mid-seven figures. Learned SEO, ads, and marketing by doing it — not by reading about it. Spent $2M+ on advertising across Google, Amazon, and Meta.

In 2024, I went all-in on AI. Built custom tools that replaced $75K+ in agency costs. Shipped two iOS apps as a non-coder. Started helping other businesses do the same thing.

Now I build AI systems for businesses that want working solutions, not strategy decks. Everything I recommend, I've tested on my own businesses first. With my own money.

// Common Questions

Custom AI tool development typically runs $5,000-$25,000 depending on complexity and scope. Compare that to $75,000+ per year for agency retainers delivering similar capabilities. Most of my projects deliver ROI within the first quarter. I scope every project with a clear budget before writing a line of code.

Most projects deliver working systems in 2-8 weeks. My Chocolat on James project — 100+ pages of strategy plus a custom AI tool — shipped in 6 weeks. Simple automation workflows can be live in days. I don't do 6-month timelines. You get working software fast, then we iterate based on real data.

The biggest risk is doing nothing while competitors adopt AI tools that cut their costs and speed up their operations. Implementation risks are manageable: I test everything on my own businesses before recommending it, build incrementally so you see results early, and train your team so you're never dependent on me. You own everything I build.

Look for someone who builds, not just advises. Ask to see working tools they've deployed, not just strategy documents they've written. Check if they have skin in the game — do they use AI in their own business? I run two mid-seven-figure e-commerce brands on AI tools I built myself. That's the difference between theory and practice.

It's a practical evaluation of where AI and automation will generate the highest return in your specific business. I look at your operations, identify repetitive manual work, assess your existing tech stack, and prioritize implementation by ROI. Not a generic checklist — a targeted plan with specific tools and timelines. Then I build it.

Track what matters: time saved, costs reduced, revenue generated. For my own brands, the math is simple — $75K-$125K in annual agency costs replaced by $2K in AI tools. For clients, I set measurable benchmarks before building anything. If we can't quantify the return, we don't build it.

It depends on your biggest pain point. For content generation: Claude + custom prompt systems. For email automation: Klaviyo with AI-driven segmentation. For ad optimization: AI-assisted bid management across Google, Amazon, and Meta. For operations: custom automation workflows connecting Shopify, Amazon, and your fulfillment systems. I've built and tested all of these on my own e-commerce brands.

Not entirely — but it can replace the $75K-$125K in repetitive work you're paying agencies to do manually. Content generation, email sequences, social media scheduling, reporting, ad copy testing — all of this can be automated with custom AI tools. You still need strategic thinking. But you don't need to pay agency rates for execution work that AI handles better and faster.
