// How the evening runs

  • 5:30 Doors open, coffee, and open networking
  • 6:00 Practical AI presentation with live, real-world examples
  • 6:30 Q&A — bring the thing you are stuck on
  • 6:45 Structured networking: one AI challenge each, around the room
  • 7:20 Wrap up

Bring one thing you would hand off to AI tomorrow if you knew how. That is the whole price of admission.

Come if

  • You run a small or mid-size business and keep hearing you "should be using AI".
  • You have tried ChatGPT, got something useful once, and never built it into how you work.
  • You want to see what other local owners are actually doing with it — not a vendor demo.
  • You are curious where AI saves real hours in marketing, admin, or customer service.

What it isn't

  • × Not a technical workshop. Nothing to install, no code, no prerequisites.
  • × Not a sales pitch. Nobody is closing you in the room.
  • × Not a webinar. It is people, in a room, in your city.

// Coming up

The meetup runs monthly and rotates between Hamilton and Oakville, so there is one within a short drive whichever side of the GTA's west end you are on.

Who's hosting

Patricia & Greg Kowalczyk — a father-and-daughter team who have been running consumer product brands together since 2014, selling on Amazon and Shopify across Canada, the US, and Europe. Everything shown at these evenings is something we run in our own businesses first.

Greg is a mechanical engineer by training, spent 22 years in engineering before e-commerce, and now builds custom AI tools for small businesses across the GTA.
