// I find the manual work eating your week — and I build the system that kills it.

22 years an engineer. 12 running my own brands. Now I build custom AI tools for businesses that need execution, not another strategy deck — pottery studios, gyms, specialty food retailers, consultancies, e-commerce operators. I code it, deploy it, and train your team to run it without me.

// Three ways to start

Most people start at the top and never need to go further than step two. That's fine — the assessment is useful on its own, and you keep it either way.

01

Free 15-Minute AI Assessment

No cost

Tell me the part of your week that shouldn't need a human. I'll tell you whether AI can take it, name the specific tool, and give you the first step.

  • One bottleneck, examined properly
  • One tool named — with what it costs
  • One first step you can take without me

No deck, no pitch, no follow-up sequence.

The AI Assessment

$1,000 credited against a build

A full audit of how your business actually runs. Every repeated process mapped, ranked by what it costs you now and what it would save automated.

  • Working session — I watch how the work really happens
  • Every process mapped and ranked by return
  • A written build plan with real tools and real costs
  • Yours to keep, whether or not I build any of it

Most people leave knowing which three things to fix first.

Start with the assessment
03

Build It / Run It

Project or monthly scoped from the assessment

I build what the assessment found. I write the code, connect the APIs, deploy it, and train your team to run it without me.

  • Fixed-price build — you own everything, no licence, no lock-in
  • Or monthly, where we keep finding and killing manual work
  • Documentation and training included, always

The goal is that you stop needing me. Most clients do, then come back with the next thing.

Talk about a build

Who this is for

If the same task lands on someone's desk every week, it probably shouldn't.

Every business has a handful of jobs that repeat — quoting, scheduling, chasing, reporting, answering the same question for the hundredth time. They're too small to hire for and too constant to ignore, so they get absorbed by whoever has capacity. Usually the owner.

That work is now automatable, and it doesn't much matter what industry you're in — a pottery studio chasing class bookings and a distributor chasing purchase orders are the same problem wearing different clothes. What matters is whether someone will actually build the thing, deploy it, and stay until your team can run it.

I'm based in Oakville and work across the GTA and Ontario, plus remotely. The proof isn't a slide deck — it's the ecosystem I build in public: two e-commerce brands, two iOS apps in the App Store, a race with a thousand runners, and a directory at local-search scale. Client work runs on the same playbook.

Looking for AI consulting in Oakville?

Start with the task, not the tool. I help Oakville and GTA businesses find the repeat work that is slowing the owner or team down, then build the AI workflow, automation, or internal tool that removes it.

Good fits are quoting, intake, product content, reporting, research, customer follow-up, launch workflows, and internal search. Bad fits are vague AI strategy projects where nobody owns the finished system.

What that's looked like

Pottery studio

Class booking, waitlists, and the follow-up nobody had time to send

Race organization

Registration, sponsor pages, and a permanent searchable photo archive

Fitness studio

Member onboarding and retention sequences that run unattended

Specialty food retailer

Retail shop to full e-commerce operation in six weeks

E-commerce brands

Two of my own, since 2014 — where everything gets tested first

Pharma consultancy

Research and reporting workflows that used to be manual

Six businesses that look nothing like each other. The underlying work was nearly identical.

// What Usually Gets Built

These aren't packages to choose from — the assessment decides what you actually need. They're the shapes the work tends to take. Every one follows the same rule: you get a working system, not a strategy deck.

Custom AI Tools for Small Business

Prompt generators, product launch content orchestration, internal search assistants, analytics dashboards — built for your specific business. Not off-the-shelf SaaS. Custom tools you own and control.

Built Content Creator PRO for a client in 6 weeks. Running in production daily.

E-Commerce AI Systems

Product content at scale, inventory automation, multi-channel optimization. Tested on my own brands first — two e-commerce businesses I've built and run since 2014, using AI tools I built myself.

5-10x content volume. 90% faster production. Same or better quality.

Marketing Automation

Email sequences, social content workflows, ad optimization, customer journey orchestration. Replace repetitive manual work with systems that run while you sleep.

Replaced $75K-$125K in agency and freelancer costs with $2K in tools.

AI Readiness Assessment

Not sure where to start with AI? I audit your operations, identify the highest-ROI automation opportunities, and build a practical implementation roadmap. Then I build it.

Local retail client: operations audited and a full e-commerce growth roadmap delivered in 6 weeks.

Digital Launch & Growth

Not online yet? I coach product businesses through Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart setup — and service businesses (electricians, landscapers, trades) through website, local SEO, and LLM optimization. You run the business. I build the AI layer that scales it.

Two brands launched from zero. Local retail client: offline shop to full digital presence in 6 weeks.

Product Research & Validation

Mechanical engineer turned e-commerce operator — I evaluate products differently. I combine 11 years of hands-on product launches with deep engineering analysis and AI-powered tools (Data Dive, Jungle Scout, web scraping) to surface real demand, stress-test margins, and validate physical and market viability before a dollar goes to inventory.

Not just market research — structural evaluation. Built custom AI research systems for clients to do this at scale.

  • Custom Content Creator PRO v5.3 — web app for generating platform-specific AI prompts, handed over running
  • Corporate gifting program with B2B sales materials — a six-figure channel that didn't exist before
  • Pricing optimization strategy — a six-figure annual gain from margin adjustments alone
  • Interactive client dashboard deployed on GitHub Pages — live, browser-based, no downloads

Built Without Waiting

It Used to Take Days. Now I Do It From My Phone.

Every change used to mean going to a developer. A blog post, a price update, a page that needed fixing — write the brief, wait, review it, wait again. Days, every time, for work that took minutes to describe. And nothing shipped while you waited.

That's the part that changed. I make the change myself now, often from my phone, and it's live before the conversation is over. Not because I became a programmer — I'm a mechanical engineer and I've never written software professionally. Because describing the work precisely is now enough to get it built.

What's been shipped that way

  • Two iOS apps, live in the App Store — SunUp, which calculates real burn time from skin type and live UV, and RunMate Pro, GPS tracking with shoe-mileage management. RunMate was rejected 39 times before it was approved.
  • Helm — seller intelligence that pulls Amazon SP-API, Amazon Ads, Shopify, Meta, Klaviyo and Search Console into one place, then exposes it to Claude as tools. "Why did ACOS jump last week" gets answered in a sentence instead of an afternoon.
  • A full event platform for a chip-timed road race I direct — over a thousand people involved across runners, families and spectators, plus what that brings into the local economy. Registration, course and festival info, sponsor pages, and a permanent searchable photo archive.
  • Two Shopify stores running on API connections, with product content and blog production automated end to end.
  • SportsClinicFinder — a Canada-wide clinic directory covering every province and territory, searchable by city, injury, and specialty.
  • Magpie — a shared research brain for the team. Drop in a link and it enriches, categorises, and makes it searchable across every brand, so nobody researches the same thing twice.
  • Marketing sites for both apps, plus this one — statically built, deployed on Vercel, with a post-build audit that fails the deploy on a dead link or a broken image.
  • Content Creator PRO — built for a client, handed over running. A web app that produces on-brand content for Instagram, email, Google Ads and product pages, so they stopped needing an agency on retainer to do it.

This is the same capability I hand over. When a client wants a page changed, a post published, or a price updated, the answer stops being "I'll ask the developer and get back to you next week."

// Going Online

Not online yet — or barely there? I coach you through the launch and build the AI layer from day one. You run the business. I hand you the tools and the playbook.

Track 1 — Product Businesses

E-Commerce Launch

You have a product. I get you selling it online. Amazon, Shopify, or Walmart — I've built and run multi-platform e-commerce operations since 2014. I coach you through the setup and build the AI layer: product content systems, SEO-optimized listings, and email automation that runs without you.

  • Platform setup: Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or Walmart
  • AI-powered product content and listing optimization
  • Email marketing automation (Klaviyo setup and sequences)
  • Paid ads orientation and marketing strategy
  • Analytics dashboard and growth KPIs

Built GearTOP and TapeGeeks from zero to multi-platform, multi-country operations since 2014.

Track 2 — Service Businesses

Local Business Digital Growth

Electricians. Landscapers. Plumbers. Home services. If customers can't find you online — or AI assistants don't recommend you — you're invisible to the next generation of buyers. I build your digital foundation and optimize it so you show up everywhere your customers are searching, including AI-powered search.

  • Professional website setup and mobile optimization
  • Google Business Profile optimization
  • Local SEO — rank where your customers search
  • LLM optimization — get recommended by AI assistants
  • Lead generation tracking and content strategy

Local retail client: traditional shop mapped to full digital operation in 6 weeks.
